The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online store winderhaus.com. Our store is intended for consumers with a delivery address in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom or Europe. By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The seller & how a contract is formed

By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is submitted; this confirmation does not constitute acceptance, which occurs when we ship your order.

The language available for the contract is English. We store the order data and send you your order details by email.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country and are final prices, import duties included. Shipping is free to every country we ship to. Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

5. Payment

6. Shipping & returns
